Had a very nice stop in here for lunch with a friend. Ordered an IPA to drink, and I have to admit I was underimpressed...seemed rather mild to bland, actually. The food though? My Mediterranean...

We decided to try something new...Essential Fermentation was where we drove to...nondescript store front we would have drove past had it not been for the GPS...not busy at all and we were greeted...

We had steak wrap and steak hoagie french fries with chili also a flight of beers. onion rings are in house. Beer and good food what can I say worth a stop.

Tried every beer all tasted weird and cloudy , left without purchase . Hopefully they get one good beer

Onion rings are top notch! Real cool place with craft beers and good food. Interesting take on Nashville hot chicken with a Tai flavour.
