The Berks County Bar Association, a non-profit organization of nearly 650 Berks County attorneys, offers its members numerous opportunities for professional development and helps deliver the services of member attorneys to the community. We hope you will explore our site and discover all we have to offer. The Berks County Bar Association offers the following Services to its members and to the Public. Continuing Legal Education The Berks County Bar Association's CLE program offers over thirty accredited ethics and substantive courses annually. In fact as many of our members will attest, the annual savings on (state required) CLE courses alone often will exceed the cost of BCBA Membership.

Berks County Adult Probation, a part of the County of Berks, provides supervision and services to rehabilitate offenders. The department s Alcohol Safe Driving School, is a six-week mandated program of instruction on alcohol and drug dependency. It specializes in an accelerated rehabilitative disposition program for driving under the influence offenders. The program is an alternative to trial, conviction, mandatory jail sentence and loss of drivers license for one year. Berks County Adult Probation operates from Reading, Pa.
