2011 Center of Excellence BMW of North America recently highlighted 32 of its 338 franchise dealers nationwide and designated each store that captured the 2011 Center of Excellence. The auto maker notes that these stores were chosen based on high customer satisfaction, outstanding brand representation and operational excellence. The company believes these dealers recognize the benefits of continuously improving the business processes and focusing on top-tier customer service. It should be noted that Daniels BMW won the BMW Center of Excellence Award for the 12th time. This is more times than any other BMW Center in the United States.
