Northern High School, located in Dillsburg, Pa., provides classes from grades nine through 12. It is operated by Northern York County School District and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and Pennsylvania Department of Education. It offers educational programs in agriscience, business, English, health, physical education, fine arts, music, math, science, foreign language, social studies and practical arts. It also offers a variety of sports programs that include athletics, basketball, cross country, hockey, golf, soccer, swimming, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. The school has more than 1,000 students and a student-teacher ratio of 14-to-1. The school s library is equipped with reference materials and encyclopedias to provide additional resources to students. It also has various clubs and musical bands for recreational activities.
