Walked in, said hello to the woman sweeping, she ignored me. Waited at the counter for 5 mins, no one showed up. Left. Avoid this place like the plague

I just had the most disgusting onion soup from the Panera in Levittown, PA. It had what appear to be shreds of processed cheese product, and some sort of wilted green thing (lettuce? Spinach?)...
