They are a little slow. I am just glad we finally have a Popeye's in Scranton. I think they probably need more staff, especially when they are busy.

Honestly they don't even deserve one star.. they are absolutely horrible here. I have never seen such horrible service. They had me wait in the lot for my food 20 mins and then the manger snatched...
Here's the most obvious tip....stay away. I don't know who owns it or where the help comes from.....but incompetence is the order of the day. The drive through is either closed,or malfunctioning....
Foods good but they are slow as hell! Order in the app ahead of rime. It will keep you from waiting a hour.
