Jewish Community High School is one of the largest supplementary Hebrew high schools in North America. Located in Melrose Park, Pa., it offers various academic programs to more than 900 students. The school maintains over 10 campuses in Philadelphia and Delaware. Jewish Community High School provides various certificate courses in service learning, camp counseling and youth leadership, and community and reform teaching. It also offers the Kenneth I. Rothbart Distance Learning Program for Teens and diploma courses in Jewish studies. In addition, its adult education programs include literature, music, Jewish history, Bible studies, and arts and crafts. The school is a member of the North American Association of Community Hebrew High Schools. Jewish Community High School is a division of Gratz College, which was established in 1856.
