New Hanover Elementary is a school that serves more than 700 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school offers classes in language arts, math, social studies and science. It also provides instruction in art, physical education, computer technology, and vocal and instrumental music. New Hanover Elementary manages a library, playground, computer laboratory and gymnasium, as well as a student council. The school operates a parent-teacher-child association that supports a publishing center, holiday shop and playground committee. In addition, it offers health care, special education, guidance counseling and food services. New Hanover Elementary is managed by the Boyertown Area School District.
