He has written scientific articles in journals and has presented his research at national and international levels. Dr. DiTano treats pathology in the entire upper extremity. He is involved with treating common hand conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and hand arthritis with endoscopic carpal tunnel release and joint replacements. Dr. DiTano stated, “These techniques can eliminate pain and restore normal function to the hand.” He continues to specialize in trauma reconstruction and nerve compression injuries in the upper extremity. He also is available to give second opinions to help patients if needed.
