History

With a recent expansion in 2010, Ultimate Physical Therapy is a 2,500 sq. ft. facility which has specialized in treating a wide range of inuries. Most recently, we have added vestibular rehab and use of Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

Ultimate Physical Therapy is the only clinic in the area to utilize the Rebuilder for a non-invasive, no side effect option to treat neuropathy. Our doctors of physical therapy have years of experience treating a wide array of diagnoses from a fracture to a severe stroke.
