Ville Billy's is the only food establishment left in the Nittany Mall. It's located in the former Dino's Pizza, with the closest mall entrance being near what is now the Rural King (Former Sears)....

This place is located inside the Nittany Mall Entrance A. I got a 12 inch sub to go and was pleased that they put it on two 6" rolls. This makes it easier when I tried to share it.
