The staff is totally focused on exceeding customer expectations and responding to your needs each and every day. The following is a short profile of each Synergetic team member. Yvonne is responsible for all accounting, payroll and state and federal tax functions for Synergetic. Yvonne has 12 years experience in the Professional Employer Organization ( PEO ) industry working for three separate companies. Yvonne has over 20 years experience in all aspects of accounting, multi-state payroll, and multi-state payroll tax arena. Yvonne graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Diane has overall responsibility for benefits administration which includes ; health and dental insurance, FMLA, workers' compensation claims administration, COBRA, disability insurance claims administration, and employee insurance claim dispute resolution. Prior to joining Synergetic, Diane worked in Human Resources with McKechnie Vehicle Components, Allied Signal/Grimes Aerospace and Laurens-Pierce Glass Company. Diane graduated from Clemson University where she majored in psychology. Diane has over 31 years of HR and benefits experience. Shannon assists clients in recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for their businesses. She handles all advertising, prescreening and interviewing for open positions. She also checks references, completes back ground screening and drug tests on all new hires. In addition, Shannon assists in the administration of Synergetic's benefit programs. Prior to joining Synergetic in July 2004, Shannon worked for BellSouth in Atlanta recruiting for sales positions in the Southeast. She taught high school after graduating from Coastal Carolina University. Shannon has 5 years of HR experience.
