Established in 1992, Rock Hill's City Hall is operated by the city government of Rock Hill in South Carolina. Incorporated in 1892, Rock Hill has a population of more than 60,000 and is spread over an area of approximately 30 square miles. The city operates through finance, fire, police, utilities, development services and public affairs departments.
