very low staffed and poor wait times. Need to get it together. 1.5-2 hours wait times are really unrealistic for people especially older people. Waiting room over flowing.

Willie Mae is an angel! I am the most difficult blood draw ever and she not only is expert and gets it done but she is very comforting and proficient!
