Pelham Medical Center

Spartanburg Medical Center is a research and teaching hospital licensed for 540 beds with more than 500 physicians on staff offering state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment for residents of a five-county area in North and South Carolina. Services include emergency services, Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute, Heart Center, Hospice, Bearden-Josey Center for Breast Health, Women's Health and Children's Health services.

The new Union Medical Center is now open! The combined replacement hospital and medical office centralizes physician practices, outpatient services and inpatient care, enhancing efficiency and patient experience. The new Union Medical Center is located at 1201 Furman L. Fendley Hwy in Union across from Union Industrial Park. The campus includes a chapel, healing garden, walking trail and nod to Union's history. Physician practices relocating are UMC - Center of Obstetrics & Gynecology, UMC - Center for Pediatrics, UMC - Center for Family Medicine, SMC - Center for Hematology Oncology - Union, Gibbs Infusion Center - Union and Bearden-Josey Center for Breast Health - Union. Signage will be located throughout the campus to give patient directions on where to find their providers or practice.
