Champion Aerospace is a supplier of aerospace ignition systems and airframe components. The company s products include igniters, exciters and leads for turbine engines, as well as spark plugs, oil filters and ignition harnesses for reciprocating engines. Champion Aerospace holds the patents for its Series 21 igniters and PPT-Powered exciters. The company s clients include Rolls Royce and SNECMA, manufacturer of the Olympus engine used in the Concorde. Champion is ISO 9001 certified. In the 1990s, Champion Aerospace vertically integrated it Liberty, S.C., manufacturing facility where it maintains its headquarters.
