The Olympia Learning Center is a full-service alternative learning institute that serves students in grades 4 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes English, computer applications, history, social studies, economics, math, science and graphic arts. The school provides instructive sessions related to business technology, printing, health care, and industrial and technical education. It additionally offers special education classes for students with developmental disabilities. The school operates a library media center that provides a variety of educational and learning materials. It conducts career and personal development programs, as well as offers evening classes. The school also provides guidance and counseling sessions. The Olympia Learning Center is a part of Richland County School District One, which serves more than 24,000 students through several elementary, middle and high schools.
