Owner of Western Mailers since 2001, Rosemary has been in the mailing business for 18+ years. With a vast knowledge of the mailing business, she provides customers the ability to maximize their mailings at the lowest cost possible. Her hands-on approach in back-end production helps assure the accuracy and timeliness of mailings. As manager of Front-end Operations, Robert handles all aspects of the day-to-day business operations to include list preparation and processing, scheduling, database management, list purchasing, cost estimates, inventory management and IT network management. Working with customers directly, he provides mailing recommendations and solutions to customers for all their mailing situations. As the Assistant to Front-end Operations, Christy handles all walk-in business and phone inquiries. She works directly and indirectly with customers in mail preparation and provides cost estimates and recommends solutions for customer problems. She maintains and processes data lists for post-production. Christy also provides administrative support through filing operations and email management. As Manager/Operator of Back-end Operations, Nick is responsible for the addressing of mail and its accuracy and timely processing. He also manages the first class business mail presort operations and is responsible for the daily processing of our customers day-to-day business mail. He is the inventory manager of back-end operations and maintains the equipment. Adam is the primary Operator of the Inserter Equipment and handles all jobs which require inserts. He is responsible for the processing all of our clients monthly statements to insure they are mailed in a timely and accurate manner. He also manages and maintains the metering equipment and processes mail requiring additional handling. Western Mailers located at 224 E. St. Joseph Street, Rapid City, South Dakota is an 8500 square foot, state-of-the-art facility, specializing in all aspects of business and direct mail.
