It's a mall. It's ok to walk around if you want to blow some cash. But nothing to really draw you in that isn't available anywhere else.

Has mostly decent shops but some are just unnecessary. Don't find myself going here often, but it's pretty decent. Hope we can get a few more stores here in Rapid City so when looking at a map...
