See a problem? Let us know!
Very busy shop but they did great working us in, you can see what they are doing and they enplane the bill before works done. Very friendly and they let me bring in my dog wile they worked on my car. What a great bunch of people.
I have been a very loyal customer at Jrj,the staff is very friendly. My first couple of experiences were great,I’ve spent well in excess of 3000$ dollars in the past 2 years!Recently I’ve had a oil leak on my Audi which Jim told me he can fix 500$ Fixed valve cover gasket which did not stop leak! Was told now we can see the leak better because the oil pressure has improved. So Jim tells me the leak is coming from oil pan gasket so I spend 633$ to replace it bring the car back home.I’m getting ready to move to Nevada need the Audi to run with no leaks starting new job and need transportation back and forth, the whole reason I’m having the work done to begin with!Car arrives and I drive it to work it’s still leaking exact same spot low oil light comes on,so now I’m having to buy quart of full synthetic oil which is not cheap. At this point I call jrj and explain that the oil leak is still there exact same spot!Jim replied take it to a Napa certified garage so I find garage and take it there and spend 40$to see exactly where the leak is coming from 15 -20 minuets later they have a definite answer where the the leak has been coming from the whole time and it wasn’t valve cover or gasket!A quality shop will run die in your oil to find a oil leak not guess while customer comes out of pocket, the shop also informed me that where the leak is dripping it looks like upper or lower gasket if you don’t take the time and guess! After informing ,Jim he said well let me talk to the owner and see what we can do for you,it took almost 2 weeks to hear back after calling every day!He tells me the owner doesn’t really know that shop they sent me to so he can’t take there word he says he could probably help me if the car was in Maryville! This is a shop that will not stand behind there work or there customer.I paid to have a oil leak fixed and what I got was nothing 3000$ later now I have no transportation and a new job and still have oil leak!!!!!BEWARE
IN AND REPAIRED AS PER THERE INSPECTION, COST WAS CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN COMPETITORS, FRIENDLY, CLEAN WAITING AREA, KNOWLEDGABLE MECHANICS, NICE PLACE TO GO--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
THEY CHARGE ME $54.00 DOLLARS TO TELL ME MY CONVERTER WAS BAD,I TOLD THEM THAT IT WAS,I JUST WANTED THEM TO OVER LOOK THE WHOLE MUFF.SYSTEM,TO SEE WHAT ELSE NEED TO BE REPLACE.
