I love the drive through ATMs. And if you need to talk to someone, talk to Ruthanne. She's very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.
Drive-up service is absolutely terrible. 3 lanes, only 1 open all the time. Nice portions but gotta have more people working if you advertise that your experience is going to be fantastic.
Friday afternoon at 4 pm and only one drive thru lane is open. Waiting 25 minutes to get to a teller. I would've left if I wasn't sandwiched in between 2 cars. This is ridiculous!
Let's start with I waited 4 minutes in the drive thru before a teller bothered to appear. I was making a smaller cash deposit ($200) and was denied. DENIED. It was a cash deposit on my own account...
This location gets crowded, and it seems they are understaffed to handle the easily predicted lunch-hour crowd. They also seem to favor the drive-through over walk-ins, which seems backwards to me.
