Mayfield Diary Farms is recognized as the first dairy to package milk in yellow jugs that keep out harmful rays and protect nutrition and flavor. The dairy offers a full line of milk, cultured and ice cream products. Milk products include 2 percent, reduced-fat buttermilk, eggnog, fat-free skim, half and half, low-fat chocolate, 1 percent low-fat, whole and whole chocolate milk. Its cultured products include cottage cheese, sour cream and party dips. Ice cream products include select and classic ice creams, low-carbohydrate ice cream, low-fat frozen yogurt, sherbet, frozen punch and a variety of novelties. Established in 1923, Mayfield Dairy Farms serves nearly 10 Southeastern United States, including Concord Farragut, Tenn.
