McQuiddy Classic Company began in the late 1800s when J.C. McQuiddy, a struggling young preacher, became the office manager of the Gospel Advocate, a religious bookstore. Gradually, J.C. expanded the company, beginning with the production of Bible lessons and other religious materials. In 1903, he decided to venture into the field of commercial printing, and McQuiddy Classic Company was born. Its service divisions include prepress, press, eFulfillment, bindery and imaging. McQuiddy has three sheetfed presses and two web presses that provide the client with a wide range of opportunities to bring their idea to the printed page. McQuiddy Classic Company is located in Nashville, Tenn.
