Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places to visit. It's rarely overcrowded, the atmosphere is enhanced by calming background music, and the employees are consistently friendly and welcoming.

I love this store, but they could use some new friendly staff...all the way up to that old, rude assistant manager. I can't stand for people to work customer service and absolutely suck at it!
