We loved Napa Café! The food is inventive, and tasty. The cocktails are solid. The service is great. Their outdoor patio is pretty and I'd like to eat out there when the weather is fairer....

Was there for a just drink with wife. 2 drinks came to 40.00 - tax was 9.90 so that came out to be 25% of bill. ??? Asked and they said the extra tax was an ABC rule... anyone else seen this?
