Very knowledgable staff, fully stocked store. Great prices on furbabie toys and very good selection. My pomeranian has a favorite toy, Mr. Jack, and we have to find another one..he wore this one...

Too many animals - even though I made an appointment. Inattention led to my dog getting stressed out in the kennel and getting his jaw stuck trying to chew the kennel. Very traumatic.

Attitudes is what could improve! I've never shopped at PetSmart before and never will again. The cashier as well the "manager" were SO rude. I also had the "added bonus" of having TWO stink bugs...
