History

AJ's Custom Cookers was founded in 2009 by AJ Ramirez. He is a hard working family man that originally started making smokers in his home garage to make extra money to provide for his family. He started off by just building drum smokers and advertising in the Thrifty Nickel. His family gave him the motivation to start his own business and within a year he was building smokers that would barely fit in his garage. After 2 years, a fully equipped shop was built to accommodate orders.

Specialties

We specialize in manufacturing grills, smokers, fire pits, and custom cookers. We customize your cooker to your specification and can build anything from a back-yard smoker to a single or tandem axle trailer with a luxury smoker. No matter how small or big your design is, we can accommodate your needs. We specialize in custom Tig (Heliarc) work, fancy metals, stainless, copper, aluminum, and brass and can also perform any custom metal fabrication work you may need. Some examples of custom fabrication consist of stainless steel hand rails and counter tops which can also be done in brass, copper, or aluminum.
