After the Finish Line (ATFL) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to supporting the welfare of Thoroughbred horses after their racing and breeding careers. Through the awarding of monthly grants, ATFL assists aftercare organizations across the United States in rehabilitating, retraining, rehoming, and retiring Off-Track Thoroughbreds.

Since its inception in November 2007, ATFL has awarded 775 grants, positively impacting over 5,200 Thoroughbreds in 32 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The organization aims to educate the public about the health and alternative career options for these horses, emphasizing the importance of caring for them once their track days are over.
