Mimi s Caf has more than 90 locations the company maintains throughout the United States. The restaurant was founded with the intention of combining the best assets of every type of restaurant. That is why Mimi s features the quality, ambiance and personal service of a dinner house, combined with the convenience and great value of a coffee shop, all in a country cottage setting with New Orleans d cor. The restaurant s menu includes a variety of dishes, such as pasta, homemade soups, steak, chicken potpie, fish and a number of signature sandwiches. Each location also features an espresso bar and a kids menu. Founded in 1978, Mimi s maintains its headquarters in Tustin, Calif. While most of the company s restaurants are concentrated in California, it has plans to expand to the rest of the country. Mimi s Cafe is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bob Evans Farms.
