The manager, Loretta, is incredibly rude and dismissive. Worst customer service I've ever received at a Bath & Body Works. Never shopping at this location again.

Closed 20 minutes before closing time. Always go to the sunset valley location. They're ALWAYS open when there hours say there supposed to be.....
