Very rude lady answering the phone. Get rid of her lol damaging the business. Everything else is great, clean and safe. This lady just needs to get an attitude check or get fired.

It was a great stay at Big Tex Storage River Oaks. The units were immaculate, the facility was clean, and the parking lot had ample parking and could even accommodate a semi for delivery of goods....

One of the worst experiences ever via a storage facility. I'm not sure how they still exist or who would actually use them, but I immediately moved everything out.
