What a different concept for sandwiches! They create a custom salad and then insert those ingredients in a hollowed out French bun I had the New Orleans style spicy shrimp Cup of tomato basil...

Service was very fast today. I tried the Thanksgiving zeppelin and it was tasty. The beets were a weird element but I was there for it but I could also see how some people wouldn't be....

We love this place. Good variety of sandwiches (or salads) and their bread is amazing. I even had soup the other day with a side of bread and was very satisfied. If you get a Zepplin, you can ask...
