Come in to office to talk about spectrum and turn in DVR. Why during lunch so they have only one person helping. Been here over 30 minutes

Sometimes the service is slow and the last box I had from them sucked. Hopefully this new one will be a better fix. Downgraded the service cause most shows are on Netflix or other programs.
It's sad how horrible the service is. Using my iPhone, I have to turn my wifi off because it just keeps spiraling. My phone, iPad and computers shows that I have connection, but it just sits...
Apparently this company is run by a bunch of 5 year olds. All I wanted was to have my internet service activated, but Time Warner Cable's processes and systems are messed up every step of the way....
