Located in Corpus Christi, Texas, and established in 1982, Corpus Christi Metro Ministries is a nonprofit organization providing food, shelter, employment assistance, and spiritual care to the underprivileged. It offers various programs that include primary health care, medication, eye and dental care, and employment services, including assistance with job training, readiness and placement. Corpus Christi Metro Ministries also offers the Rainbow House for women and children, to provide transitional, supportive housing and emergency shelter, and access to free counseling and child care. Its vineyard service program provides clothing, shoes, winter jackets, blankets, hygiene kits and community-wide information and referrals, and supports practical problem solving.
