History

Carpets By Conrad was started by Conrad Heiser in 1985. He was an actual carpet installer and believed in installing flooring the correct way the first time and never having to go back and re-do his work. He carried this quality ideal over to owning his own flooring store. Although the store is now owned by another local Austin family, the philosophy remains the same. We want our customers for life so we use our own group of experienced installers and install the correct way without cutting corners or surprising the customer with hidden fees or problems. We stand by our work with labor warranties and a certificate of satisfaction offered at the end of the job to ensure a quality install.
