Tiana was not in a good mood today apparently. Very rude and couldn't help me open a bank account. I had to cancel and reschedule at a different location. Made me waste my time.

I'm not a very happy customer!!! I didn't use the ATM because of the amount of cash I needed to deposit. Frankly ATM do eat the money, it's happened before so I'm not comfortable using one for...

Chase will issue you a cash back credit card but don't expect to get your cash when the account is closed. There are plenty of other honest cash back cards available.
