Chilaquil

Our menu is built on Mexican staples such as tortillas, beans, and spicy salsas. We offer traditional Mexican street food and comfort dishes. We first started as a food truck serving on weekends and now you can find us open everyday as a brick & mortar kitchen inside The Bottling Department (Pearl's Food Hall). We opened as a family owned and operated business in 2018. Susana and Orlando (owners), grew up in Mexico and started this project in hopes of bringing the dishes they most enjoy eating as a family to their neighbors.
