My rating from 0-10 it's a 0 rude drivers always playing laud music that children not should be listening to not stopping when people trying to catch the bus at the safe place...

Downloaded the app, bought my $2 day pass, got to the bus stop early, bus never showed up and I had to take Lyft so I wouldn't be late to work. Very unreliable public transit here in Lubbock.
