Moving back to Killeen, this is the place to activate your utilities and also pay your bill in person. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all - the wait time was very short....

We went during the morning hours during the week and there was no line. Lady was friendly and very informative about city services.

Very helpful place people are respectful some are and willing to help you when you get a ticket it should be simple and easy but some are hard for others and everybody may not think the same so...
