Coastal Bend College with a campus located in Beeville, Texas, enrolls more than 1,300 students. The college offers occupational degrees in various areas, such as accounting, air conditioning and refrigeration, child development, computer information technology, cosmetology, drafting and design technology, and electronic servicing. It also provides programs in emergency medical service, general office management, health information technology, law enforcement, office automation technology, vocational nursing and welding. Coastal Bend College offers the associate in arts degree and science degree. The college s language division provides courses in English, humanities and speech communication. It also provides education in mathematics and physics, science and agriculture, social sciences and humanities, business and industrial technologies, dental hygiene and visual arts. Coastal Bend College has a bookstore, and offers career development and recruitment, financial aid and housing services.
