When you're on the highway, you have to hope your fellow yelpers were honest. I've never been to Seymour, Texas, but I'm about to eat there. Copeland's Cafe had good reviews, so here we are....

Nice little Country Cafe, clean with a friendly staff. I had the Sweet & Spicy Burger with fries, very good. Nice Cafe to stop on your way through Seymour.
