Constant price increases..... If at all possible try to rent form an indenpendanly owner storage facility. CubeSmart is a huge ripe off and contact price increases with notification, no upgrades...

Don't waste your money!!! You will get jacked on your monthly rates without having a clue when it will happen. I haven't even had my unit 4 months and it went from 125 to 151!!
