Together, Luis Torres and Yessenia Price have more than 10 years with the JDC family. As a team they manage our Pinnacle Park location taking care of our general dentistry and orthodontics customers. Both lead their teams as positive, naturally caring managers who love going above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for. With customer service as their top priority, Luis and Yessenia meticulously train staff to take care of patients in every aspect of their dental visit. It's just one of the reasons why they have so many returning customers. From start to finish staff aim to provide an amazing customer experience, offering amenities to make patients feel comfortable throughout entire visits. After a warm greeting in the lobby, the managers get patients into a room as quickly as possible to cut down on the wait time and frustration that comes with the typical dental experience. During the procedure, Luis and Yessenia personally check in with each individual patient to make sure they are being cared for and have everything that they need. In their words, it's the best way to ensure high quality care for patients. However, the treatment itself is only part of the service. The staff also makes sure patients receive comprehensive information about the treatment process; including what to expect and how long the treatment plan will take to complete, as well as practical dental hygiene and preventative care. Children as young as 7 come in for orthodontic treatments, however, the clinic also offers patients of all ages, because every patient should have the opportunity to obtain the smile they would like. Clear Correct (Invisiline alternative) and clear brackets are perfect for adults. In the end, the staff likes to make good conversation to help patients feel really welcome and comfortable. They start by building trust with their patients, and end by making sure that they leave with a smile.
