For the last fifteen years, Sandra Montoya has brought comfort and excellent care to patients at Jefferson Dental. In that time, she's seen the clientele at our North Buckner location grow and change. These days, most patients are between the ages of 20 and 40, meaning she's known some of them for more than half their lives! While her management style has continued to evolve over the years, one thing that has remained consistent is her commitment to patient care. She and her staff have it as their top priority and tirelessly assist their clients based on their individual situations. In fact, Sandra says it is the reputation for patient care and hospitality which has helped her clinic develop a number of loyal patients that continue to return. Many patients have been coming to the clinic for years and are very familiar with the staff. Long-term patient relationships, which are built and maintained year after year, make our North Buckner location so special. Patients expect superior care and familiar, friendly faces. During the day-to-day operations, North Buckner staff simplify consultations so that they are easy for patients to understand. The staff's genuine and honest approach helps soothe nerves and get treatments off to a good start. Further, because many patients wait to come in until the last minute, when they're already hurting, pain management is a key. Staff begin by addressing the patient's main concern, but make it a priority to give patients great care, as well as resources to prevent future complications. Sandra explains that when patients come in with extenuating circumstances, like pregnancy, staff goes out of their way to make sure they can accommodate everyone's needs. Helping take the burden off the patient, so that everyone can receive the treatment that they need.
