Office assistant manager is condescending and rude, fees make your payments $300 than base rent, so be careful, and you are forced to pay for services you do not need or use.

Completely roach infested... the manager takes weeks to approve applications and she couldn't care less about the residents it's all about profit turnaround... way over priced for the cheap...
