Should be zero! I just grabbed a coffee and they added both milk and oat milk instead of replacing the regular milk with oat milk! The last 3 times I've ordered from here my coffee is made wrong!...

I would rate this experience -0 if I could, I had ordered an Iced Matcha Latte yesterday with Cold Foam, I did NOT receive cold foam, after that I was running late and it was the only Dunkin close...

They used to have an amazing manager that worked there, Barbara Jean. Ever since she left, the place has gone to crap! The same drink tastes different every time it's ordered, they fill them...
