Bagel served cold and tasted terrible. I love Einstiens but this location is bad. I did a pick up order and ordered a vanilla iced coffee, turns out you have to pour scolding hot coffee on to ice...

So, you all really decided to burn the bagel and still give it to me instead of making a new one. If the service hadn't been so slow, I would have tried to get a refund.

They just recently opened this month. The Texas brisket breakfast bagel was really good. You can switch it to a different bagel. It was very busy but staff seem to be organized. Probably ending...
