More recently Mr. Hernandez has performed design, bidding and construction phase services for the BPUB Jacaranda Sanitary Sewer Project, the 16-Inch BPUB Waterline Loop and the Cadell Road Waterline Project for the City of Brownsville and funded through the Community Development Block Grant ( CDBG ) program. Mr. Hernandez was born in Brownsville Texas and graduated from a local public high school ( Gladys Porter High School ). He is licensed as a professional engineer in the states of Texas and Colorado.
