Phenomenal service! Will be using them from now on hands down! The entire staff was thorough, personable and engaging...it was very clean and we were in and seen by the doctor within 30 minutes.

I came in with my mom cause her throat was hurting and inflamed and the doctor kept offering pills after being told multiple times that she couldn't keep anything down and kept mansplaining...

poorly staffed, lack of experience, old building, out of date equipment, I wonder why nothing has changed here over the years?

I went to exceptional emergency center of Tyler as a follow up from calling 911, we were on vacation at the time, so the decision was made to drive to Tyler and seek further info for my illness....

They are fast, caring and effective. We have been here several times for all sorts of problems and it's always great. We've never had to wait.
