For over 40 years, First Company Products has been manufacturing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) products. Based in Dallas, Texas, the company offers its customers a wide range of products in three main categories: residential, commercial and international. They are the only manufacturer that makes the A/C unit for our condo building. It breaks every 2 years and the warranty is garbage.
